After much research and speaking to many artificial grass companies, we decided on eco-grass due to their professionalism, responsiveness and competitive pricing. What a great decision it was!Maria came out to do a site survey, bang on time, really helpful and answered all our questions. We booked in for 28 May and she explained what would happen.Like clockwork, the skip was delivered the day before, aggregate came just before the installers and they set to work at 8am. And wow did they work, like a well oiled machine, they all knew what they were doing. The only time they stopped was when we spoke to them, which we did a fair bit as they were so friendly and sociable.They checked the quality of their work along the way and at the end, put plastic sheets down so not to tread mud into it and did a thorough clean up afterwards.I was actually a little bit nervous that all the reviews were so positive and the price so reasonable. Don’t be put off, the reviews are well deserved and I don’t generally give praise easily. There’s a lot of installers out there and I’m sure some are better than others but I’d highly recommend eco-grass!

From my initial contact with Ecograss Ltd they provided above and beyond a professional mindset. Compared to other Artificial Grass companys I had contacted Ecograss stood head and shoulders above the others. From the first site visit where they took detailed measurements and explained the process thoroughly and offered various options and ways to go about what I needed doing, to the actual construction day they made you feel as if you were the only client they were dealing with, always quickly responding to questions and also with that personal touch. On construction day the fitters arrived on time, took time and care to ask questions regarding the garden, protected the patio and after fitting was completed you would never have known they had been with the way they cleaned up. Its now been down for almost a week, we have already used the garden more than we would normally at this time of year and were delighted with the outcome. On top of all this, the cost was considerably better than any others that quoted for the same job and in most cases using a better quality of "grass".
